Here’s how it works:

•  You e-mail your ICD-10 coding question, scenario or redacted O.R. report to us at ICD10Help@HISHBS.com
•  Within 24 – 48 hours (Monday-Friday) you will receive our expert response along with reference to our source document: ICD-10 guidelines, Coding Clinic, etc.
•  We will maintain a log of your facility’s questions, and we will share that with you on a monthly basis. Our log becomes a tool for you in evaluating your coding staff and their proficiency with ICD-10-CM/PCS.
•  Based on the questions we receive, you will see areas where your coders may be struggling and are in need of additional training or mentoring.
